As we mark the one-year anniversary of Syntasa’s India team, we reflect on an incredible journey filled with milestones, challenges, and unwavering determination. Since our inception on May 26, 2023, our team has grown to 25 dedicated individuals, spread across 10 states and 15 cities, embodying our ethos of a remote Pan India workforce.
Team Composition and Achievements:-
Our diverse team comprises talents from various departments, including Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Development & Project Management. Despite being relatively new, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones, including scaling up faster than anticipated and successfully transitioning from existing providers. Notably, our India Outreach program has garnered significant interest from clients spanning industries such as Automobile, FMCG, Electronics, Pharma, Oil & Gas, EdTech, Banking, Fashion & Retail, and E-commerce.
Major Milestones and Future Plans:-
One of our major achievements includes the successful delivery of a government project in the Middle East, showcasing our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Looking ahead, we are poised for continued growth, with a focus on expanding our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and delivering projects for the Middle East and Africa region. Our vision includes leveraging the talent and potential of our remote team to drive innovation and cater to the evolving needs of our clients.
Challenges Overcome:-
Our journey has not been without challenges. Hiring across Pan-India presented the need to bridge cultural differences between our US and India teams, a task we approached with thoughtful integration strategies and cross-cultural training. Offering a work-from-home model was another unique selling point, but it posed significant challenges in ensuring productivity and maintaining team cohesion. Additionally, framing India-specific policies was crucial as the way of working here is distinctly different from our established US entity. Crafting these policies required a deep understanding of local regulations and operational dynamics.

A recent two-day meetup in Noida exemplified the synergy and passion that define our team. Engaging discussions on our impact across sectors and strategic planning underscored our dedication to delivering unparalleled solutions. Celebrating milestones like securing multi-year contracts reaffirmed our position as industry leaders. Additionally, nurturing our people through HR initiatives and team-building activities reinforced our values of collaboration and excellence.
