Powered by Gemini and Vertex AI, the platform automatically categorized free-form responses into 10 transportation themes with 85%+ accuracy, reducing weeks of manual work to hours.
The analysis surfaced sharp regional divides (northern residents wanted transit expansion, southern residents prioritized affordability, and western residents flagged critical access gaps) ultimately producing seven strategic recommendations to guide more equitable, data-driven planning across the county.
